Rand Bass from Collier County Library directed a peotry session at Juniper Village at Naples. Our residents enjoyed a lively reading and discussion of Mark Twain's literary works. Rand Bass joins us in celebrating this months Alive and all Seasons theme of "Volunteerism". This group meets monthly, and we encourge our families to attend this event.
we are committed
At Juniper we are committed to nurturing the spirit of life in each individual we serve so that they may live fully throughout all seasons of life. To us this means understanding an individual, not only their needs but their desires and responding with programs and services which provide for the highest quality of life possible. Our Alive in All Seasons program of activities is designed to foster healthy bodies, enriched minds and fulfilled spirits. These pictures and stories are living proof that we at Juniper are dedicated to walking our talk!

Our connections staff continually searches for new experiences to provide a full spectrum of entertainment. Christmas in July?
Juniper Village at Naples celebrates Christmas in July with "The Calendar Girls". Residents and family members delighted to the choreographed routines of these spunky ladies. There was also a spirited sing along with several of the traditional Christmas carols. This is certainly a holiday that could be observed every month. The Calendar Girls are a group of volunteers aging from 50-70 years. What better way to help us honor July which is our month to pay tribute to volunteerism.

Juniper Residents Shop Till They Drop
Juniper Village at Naples' bus was again seen burning rubber on the streets of Naples. One of the many July outings was spent shopping the aisles of local retailers while stimulating the economy. Such an exhausting day can only end with cool refreshments at the neighborhood ice cream parlor. Martha, a registered nurse at Juniper, helped us celebrate this month's Alive in All Seasons theme by "volunteering" on her day off to accompany her "best friend" Gerri on this lively excursion.
